This Refund Policy applies to RequestIntel purchases and subscriptions processed through Paddle.
1. Payment processing
For these transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the purchase and is responsible for payment, billing, applicable taxes, and refund-related aspects of the transaction. R2CLabs provides and licenses RequestIntel.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through the Paddle customer portal to prevent future charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. Your paid access remains available until then, after which your account returns to the Free plan.
Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period.
3. Refunds
Except where a mandatory right to a refund applies, purchases and renewals are not automatically refundable. Refund requests may be assessed based on the transaction date, reason for the request, use of the service, material errors or technical issues, Paddle's applicable terms, and mandatory rights under applicable law.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be approved. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
4. How to request a refund
For a Paddle purchase, you can start a refund request using the options in the receipt or confirmation email from Paddle, the subscription-management link provided by Paddle, or Paddle's buyer-support service. If you need help with the RequestIntel service, email [email protected].
5. Processing and access
Refunds for Paddle transactions are processed by Paddle. R2CLabs does not directly return funds for a transaction where Paddle acted as Merchant of Record. Where we agree a refund is appropriate, we will request or authorize its processing through Paddle under the applicable procedures.
The refund method, timing, and conditions are subject to Paddle and applicable law. Where all or a substantial part of a purchase or subscription period is refunded, we may end or restrict the access associated with that purchase.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when our product, providers, commercial terms, or legal requirements change. The version published here shows its latest update date, without affecting rights already held in relation to an earlier transaction.
