REQUESTINTEL LEGAL

Privacy Policy

How R2CLabs handles the limited information needed to run RequestIntel.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

RequestIntel is operated by R2CLabs. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to the RequestIntel website, dashboard, and API.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use RequestIntel, we may collect:

  • Account data, including your name, email address, organization details, and securely stored credentials.
  • Subscription data, including your selected plan, subscription status, and identifiers needed to provide the service.
  • Operational and aggregate usage data, such as API key identifiers, usage counters, status totals, and reliability metrics.
  • Support data that you provide when you contact us.

3. Inspection data

RequestIntel processes API inspection inputs to provide a result, then discards them by default. We do not persist inspected IP addresses, User-Agent strings, URLs, headers, request bodies, detected identities, or per-request inspection histories by default.

We retain only the limited aggregate and operational information necessary for metering, reliability, security, and account administration. We do not use inspection inputs to train models or sell them for advertising.

4. Payments and Paddle

For purchases and subscriptions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and transaction-related customer service.

R2CLabs may receive transaction, customer, and subscription information from Paddle to activate and administer RequestIntel. We do not receive or store full payment-card details for payments Paddle processes. Paddle's own policies apply to processing it carries out directly.

5. How we use information

  • create and administer accounts;
  • deliver the API and enforce account entitlements;
  • manage subscriptions, billing state, and customer support;
  • protect the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues;
  • send authentication, verification, and service-related messages; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Providers and international transfers

We use service providers to operate RequestIntel, including Paddle for billing and Amazon Web Services (AWS) SES for transactional email. If configured, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Providers may process information outside the country where you are located. We share only the information needed for the relevant service or where another lawful basis applies.

7. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account, subscription, and operational information only for as long as necessary to provide RequestIntel, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet our legal obligations. Inspection inputs are not retained by default as described above.

8. Your rights and cookies

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and website operation. We may also use limited product metrics to improve the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices, providers, features, or legal requirements change. The version published here shows its latest update date.
